Refund policy

CANCELLATION/REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY:

We understand that situations can change for people and so allow customers to change their party date once, when 4 weeks notice is given. Cancellation of a party must be submitted in writing and results in a loss of deposit. Vantastic Gaming reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or delay any booking where forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control, such as serious illness, severe weather conditions or any other circumstances which would risk the safety of you, your guests, our staff and/or equipment. The side screen and canopy can not be opened in some weather conditions, this will be at the discretion of the staff on the day.
